The past two weeks have been slooow.

-No new aerial pics for a while now.

-Have the trees really blocked all views?

Just a hungry Disney nerd from way up north wanting his FLE fix.

It's been a slow picture week, that's all.

I talked to Anna, told her it had been a slow week, and she said "Thanks for the Info. I heard the same thing from my bus driver."

Any news on whether they'll be putting a Bic Lighter up in FL, too?

I need a tasty news fix, badly, lol. ;)

Well, six days until Pooh unveiling, right, right?

Yeah, I know It has been a bit slow recently...
Personally I couldn't go much in the past two weeks because I was very very busy, but I will go both TODAY and THURSDAY for new over-the-wall pics, if this interests you.

I'd be very interested. :) Any chance you can check on works in Adventureland or Main Street, USA: Curse of the Eternal Tarp?

Until pictures get posted this may get you over the hump - the view from the backstage bus.

As Mermaid's guest facing sides get preformed concrete panels (presumably as foundation/anchor for the faux rockwork that we see in the concept art), the backstage sides are concealed by scaffolding and green mesh. This could be to shield traffic (work roads run on both the north and east sides) from work (debris?) being done to enclose these walls.

Meanwhile, just west of the show building, a combination of concrete form and cinder block walls are defining the Mermaid queue and the back walls of Belle's Village. The northern foundation wall for the Ballroom in the Be Our Guest restaurant has been built of concrete and brick, while the adjoining ironwork (steel?) of the two story kitchen area has had the second story floor put in place. South of the kitchen is the Belle M&G framework - not much as visibly been done here in the last couple weeks. Cast is still waiting for the ceiling to be put in place between the M&G and the old Grotto so that the back door to the hall leading to the locker room can be reopened.

Hope this helps!

But anyway, yes I will check everything (FL Forest, The Thirsty Ranger, Main Street T.A.R.P., El Pirata, etc. etc.) but if anyone has special requests, for me it's okay!

"Thanks for the info" and the efforts of our local spies!
Well, I've gotten a little fix, now. Phew.

I do wonder what happened to the flyover pics, either our photographer has other things to do, or they banned this sort of thing. Hope it's just that he's busy and will be able to get over there, soon!

Thanks a lot for that!

I will be in the World this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If anyone has any requests let me know. I will have only my HTC EVO camera/smart phone so the pics will be only 8 Megapixels instead of a nicer 15 from my Canon EOS. I will upload some pics to twitter as i go, just let me know what you guys want.
