What else have I missed?

Not sure where this belongs but here seemed semi-suitable.

Last year when we went to WDW we managed to get at least one visit in to each of the following places:-

• Magic kingdom (one for a morning and the 2nd time was from about 2pm til the firework show ended so we saw celebrate a dream come true parade and the fireworks)
• Espn wide world of sports
• Sea world (saw the orca show but they shut for fear of bad weather 10 mins into the dolphin show)
• Typhoon lagoon
• Animal kingdom
• Epcot
• Kennedy space centre
• Universal/island of adventure/Harry potter world/hard rock cafe
• Hollywood studios

So my question is what else is worth doing and seeing? Did I miss anything real good? We are going back because 2 weeks were not long enough. We will likely do many of the above again but I'd love some idea of the best places to visit. Also even if I went to the places there may be shows or other great things I missed out on so really what have I missed?
