What does this Mrs Potts toy do?

Hi, I got a massive box of toys and in the bottom I found Mrs Potts, Chip and a stand which takes batteries.
There is a little button in the center but nothing happens when I push it down and I don't know if im doing it right or if it just doesn't work?
But plastic "tea" comes out of Mrs Potts when you pour.
I can't find it online and not sure if this can be fixed?

Shot in the dark here.....But is it this?? All I can find about it is it was part of a Mattel Tea Party set and with the characters on their bases they spoke....
