What does the future hold for the current lands at USF and IOA will a few of them get replaced after the fourth gate opens?

Toon lagoon, Lost Continent, Marvel Super Hero Island, New York, San Francisco: Amity and even attractions like Shrek, Revenge Of the mummy, fear factor live do any of these attractions and lands after Terminator 2 gets replaced will either get updated or get a expansion or get replaced by another film franchise with a new themed land or attraction? Fourth gate meaning the Universal Orlando’s fourth park.

Well there's been rumors for a while that shrek was getting replaced, but it has been rumored to be on hold for the fourth park.
Fear Factor live has been rumored to become a ministry of magic show, but I believe I heard rumors that may be moved to the third gate.
Lost Continent is rumored to become Zelda, but that too is on hold for the fourth park.
Everything else is safe.

I expect Universal's attention will be on opening the new park. I doubt they are looking to overhaul existing lands simultaneously. Long term, changes may be coming but I wouldn't necessarily connect that to the new park.

This is about Kong, isn't it? ;)

So if anything will be done to other themed lands at USF and IOA it will be either updated, replaced or even expanded after the fourth park opens most likely? Will you say the top lands due for updates or replacement with a new IP after the 4th gate is toon lagoon, Lost Continent, Marvel super Hero Island, Kidzone? And whatever will become of Shrek and Fear Factor Live who knows maybe minstry of magic could change but I hope not. What other lands at USF you think could be up for a change/replaced with newer attractions or replacing a land totally?

It is possible Jurassic Park could be rethemed to Jurassic World, but beyond what I posted earlier, there isn't much. Plus the Jurassic World thing is not a viable rumor right now. Just the coaster is being themed to it.

Universal's current "plan" is to open 1 attraction at each of their theme parks every year going forward, but it's unlikely that they will be able to stick to this. It already seems like the JW coaster may not open until 2021, and there is nothing currently rumored for USF for 2020.

However, considering that the new park won't be opening until 2023, I would expect at least one not-yet-known addition to each of IOA and USF before then. Lost Continent and KidZone will likely remain as is until likely conversion to Zelda and Pokemon lands after the new park opens (unless Uni decides to start work on those lands after Nintendo opens in Japan). My guess for USF would be a Shrek replacement, most likely SLOP, since Shrek is expected to have a presence in the new park. For IOA, maybe JP -> JW, in order to keep the land's theming consistent (assuming the roller coaster will be JW-themed).
