You can let her eat off others' plates or order a kid's meal and pay OOP at Table Service restaurants. At Buffet or AYCE family-style restaurants she gets a plate and there's no extra charge for her meal. Over all you're likely better off not paying for DDP for her unless you only go to restaurants and order separate meals for her.
