Now that Eisner no longer is Chairman, what exactly does it mean? Could the Board now give Eisner specific orders that he must now follow? Can the Board now overrule some of Eisner's decisions? What exactly does the Chairman do?
Technically, it means that Eisner has a new boss...
But, in reality, George Mitchells (I hope I got that right) will most likely do what Eisner wants, and Eisner will remain in control- even if his job description says differently...
