What do you want the next MK E-ticket to be?

My favorite section of the park is frontierland, and I have read about the pirates style ride, The Western River Expedition, that was originally going to be built in a mesa where splash now sits, and I am DYING to ride one. Anyone ever heard of Geyser Mountain? It was a concept for a ride to go in dl's big thunder ranch area, and it would have been like journey to the center of the earth, only using towers technology. The ride would have been that you were mining gold deep within a mountain or something and then as you crossed a bridge you would pass ofver a geyser, and the thrill part of the ride was the gs produced by the upward launch. So, the whole ride would be like a western journey to the center of the earth, and the entire ride would be a 5th demension room, moving into the elevator shaft at the end. If they could fit both rides into a mountain, I would be so happy.

BTW, what are fire and bald mountain? Thanks.

Fire Mountain was originally an attraction in Epcot for Japan, but plans changed. It was moved to the MK's Adventureland. It was supposed to be a volcano like the volcano scene in Atlantis. What was cool about it was that it would start out with a floor but as the ride progressed, the floor would DROP and you would be in a suspended coaster!

Bald Mountain/Villain Mountain was going to be part of a new land, where 20K once was. The Shadowlands, themed to the villains. It was a flume ride that took you up the mountain, where you would encounter the villains plotting to take over something. They would notice you and "chase" you through the mountain. It was supposed to be a rougher version of Splash Mountain.

"Supposed to be" makes it sound like it will never happen....wouldn't say never...

Bald Mountain sounds like a winner, another flume ride would work very well in the MK and would conviniently fit into the 20K space....

But that then raises the question of how to integrate Stitch into a new E-Tckt :lookaroun

i would love to see the rainforest coaster (which was previously rumored to go to EPCOT) placed in Adventureland. To do this i would take out Jungle Cruise and put it there.

P.S I HATE STITCH

 I would be very careful if I were you. Be prepared to duck to avoid the flames headed your way.

BTW... Ive heard of the other projects (BM and FM), but Ive never heard of the rainforest coaster. What was it supposed to entail?

Although its not an e ticket, Id have to agree with Mikeb 86 and say that I would want another dark ride.

Lee...you keep hinting at Bald Mountain...wanna hint at a suggested time in which construction would start if it got picked "from the front of the class"?

Pretty big "IF", but....oh....construction would probably start sometime like 2007 or so. But...like I said...BIG "if".

I would really like to see some new dark rides (like Beauty and the Beast or Little Mermaid) and Bald Mountain. I loved the idea of creating a new land where 20,000 leagues was. Like the dark side of town idea where the whole area was themed like the villains were taking over.

What I meant for jungle Cruise was a move to Animal Kingdom where it should be. Animal Kingdom needs attractions and this classic would probably help if the improve it a bit.

As for The Rainforest Coaster, here's a little discription from JimHillMedia.com

Take, for example, the inverted roller coaster that's supposed to be installed right outside the entrance to "The Land" pavilion. This off-the-shelf thrill ride would reportedly take Epcot guests on a fast, fun and informative trip through the canopy of a simulated rainforest.

This was written a while ago and probably will never happen but its a great idea espcially if they put it in Adventureland.

I PERSONALLY want the next MK E-Ticket (or any ticket for that matter) to be an adult based, thrill ride that will blow everyone away. Which is hopefully what Expedition Everest will do except in another park.

I would like to see another ride similar to Dinosaur - a nice, fast, gives you butterflies dark ride, except maybe have it be humorous instead of scary. Maybe give it a Lion King theme or something, and make it less jerky so there doesn't need to be a height restriction, or the height restriction could be lowered at least.

I think adventureland needs a raging spirits clone to go behind or near the treehouse and jungle cruise. Maybe it doesnt have to be that kind of ride layout and ride type, but I think it would be cool if it were more like the mummy where it could have you do all of the storytelling scenes through the temple first, which could have an indy atmosphere, and then have you come out into the coaster parts through the trees and around the temple, going in and out of the temple where the fire and water affects are.

Again, I would love to see a family e-ticket western river expedition, which would be way better than pirates, and the first slow family e-ticket in a long time, and a thrill based mountain e-ticket in the same building.

I would like to see villain mountain, or whatever the imagineers took out the 20k ride for, but i would also like to see more dark rides. Theres only 3 fantasyland dark rides, not including its a small world. They could use another, preferably little mermaid or nemo themed or something.

I would love, love, love a Little Mermaid dark ride :animwink:. The show at MGM aint cuttin' it. Heck I'd settle for like a Sleeping Beauty or any other classic movie.

I know WDW is shelling out the big bucks on E tickets at other parks, so I think a Dark ride would be a somewhat "budget minded" option. However, I'm not saying they should skimp or cheap out... Look at what happened to Stitch...

Anything but another Meet N Greet!! I just dont think thats the best or wisest thing to do with that nice parcel of land!
