i have a kodak easy share (though a much more low-end version. LoL) and have been nothing but happy with it! i'd definitely recommend getting the printer dock... especially if you're big into scrapbooking/albums like i am!! :-)

It seems okay.... personally Id go for a Canon Powershot G3 or G5. I dont see anythign wrong with the kodak, its pretty popular these days.

Speaking of cameras... I have the Canon Powershot S230 and my nighttime pictures SUCK and are barely even visible. My Spectro pictures are crap. Should I be putting it on a different setting than normal, or is this camera just not a good low light camera?

When you mean crap, are they too dark? Blurry? NIght shots are hard to get, but use a tripod and set the exposure longer and you should get better shots. You really just have to experiment to find the right settings

Yeah, by crappy I mean reallllllly dark. I'll try to post one when I get home from work tonight as an example. My only concern with tripod use and longer exposure is that doesn't really help for parade shots since the parade is moving and what not.

You need to slow synch the flash at like ISO 800. In short, a flash at 1/4 power as well as a shot at 1/10th of a second at F/3.3 at ISO 640 or 800 should work fine.
