What Do I Need to Consider?

Hi everyone! It's been a long while. After our last trip in December 2013 I decided I needed to take a break from these forums for my sanity. I knew we weren't going to be able to swing a trip in 2014 and my depression was just so intense that being here would've made me crack.

So anyway, completely on a whim we've managed to book a trip for this January 2015. Typically I was always the sort (because of these forums) that was in-the-know on everything happening at the parks. I knew of new things implemented, things being tested etc. and was definitely ready for everything. Well, because I have skipped about a year of time on the forums I want to make sure I haven't missed anything.

Here's what I do know (because I at least still follow WDWMagic on Facebook etc. lol):

1. I know what attractions are closed and/or being refurbished and when
2. I know that Magic Bands are now out of beta testing and are available to everyone
3. I know that FP+ selections can be made 60 days out
4. I know about the two FP+ tests (TSMM and BOG) that happened this week

So... who wants to help to summarize what else I've missed that's worth knowing before this trip?

ADR's can still be booked at 180 days

Once you've used your 3 initial fastpass selections, you can make additional ones by visiting a kiosk at the parks. We made good use of this in the evenings. We could make FP selections and ride within minutes.

Am I right in saying you can also now "hop" with your FPs vs. them being all at the same parks? I think I read that along the way but that falls into the category of things I missed for sure!

After the first 3, yes. Just need to make them at the kiosks in park after you have hopped.

So the first 3 I do online though they still have to be all at the same park?
