What Did The Rehabs Do?

I know it sounds dumb, but what exactly did they do to the central hub? How will it be easier to see?

also, in IASW, what did the new clock replace in the queing line? i can't for the life of me rember what used to be there.

Not entirely sure what all they did to the hub, but I don't recall anything being in IASW before the clock. It was just open water and the exit (now entrance) catwalk.

What they did in the hub was to remove the curbs and make it flat so it is easier for strollers to get around and such

And what was there before the clock in IASW, i heard that there was a small fountain there but i don't remember where i heard that, otherwise i would think that it would have just been open water.

They have taken ALL the trees out of the hub s well. The central desert is a good nick name.

The fountain you are referring to was on the far right side (if you're facing the entrance. Just underneath those windows that people took pictures from before the walls came down.

There were two fountains you'd pass after load - the lighting on their waters would change color as well.

The SmallWorld rehab was much more than just a rehab.

The ceiling was replaced, the whole entry room was comepletly replaced (except the control tower), all the dolls were fixed and so on and a new sound system was placed in.

The Hub rehab was done so that guest flow could be about 100% better. Ever try to walk through the hub area during a meet and greet or show going on? It was a nightmare. Now, it should be much better to move through there.

I haven't seen it since the re-opening, but I do have a few bad (taken my old camera which was constantly blurring pictures) images of the queue taken from inside Pinocchio Haus just to jog the memory:

Like I said, they're not that great but at least it's an idea of what it looked like. It wasn't until I was heading home at the end of the day that I remembered I didn't go back to get better shots. (These were taken the day before it's close last year.)

The only thing bad about the hub redo is that they removed ALL of the seating that was there.

That whole clock area is new. That just used to be open space!

The trees in the hub were also removed to make better viewing of Wishes and to provide more viewing spots for Cinderellabration.
