What could this be???

I was snooping through my dad's junk drawer and found this PotC coin. He has no idea where it came from and either do I. It has a hole in it that makes me think someone put in it for a necklace. On the front it looks like there was writing in it and some sort of design. On the back is a skull and crossbones and around it it says PotC and WDW. Does anyone know what it could be??? Its pretty worn out so I tried to make the pics as clear as possible. Here they are. Thanks

Hmm...it's probably just some kind of souviner they sold at one time that was interesting to your dad...It looks like the kind of weird, meaningless yet thought provoking souviner my dad would buy, too!!!
