What benefits do seasonal cast members get?

My perception may be incorrect but it seems that there are a lot of cast members that work at Disney for only a few weeks ore even a few days per year. I was wondering what the benefit package is for such short term employment?

You do not get any benifits as sesonal. You get free admission for the week(s) you are working and the discounts, but that is about it.

That’s what I thought. I had some mental midget telling me that he worked a Disney for 1 week a year and got free admission for him and his family as well as the discounts for the entire year.

that can be true... if you work at least 200 hours, you are i supposed to be issued a Red ID and a limited use maingate pass. The red ID would get you the discounts as long as it stays valid, and the maingate pass would allow for 6 admits for up to 3 people (or more, depending on the number of dependants the CM has)

No when you go seasonal they give you an ID with an expiration date. He can get discounted tickets. I got a few free tickets last year for working,dont know if i will be getting any this year. But when your ID expires everything expires. Cause if that was the case then this summer i should of been able to do what that mental person told ya.

I was told by a manager that you had to work seasonal for two years with 200 hours each time. Cause if that was true then where is my pass from this year...
