Pure speculation, but I think he just took the remix that you hear later on and added his own touch. Unless there's another version of this remix, but I’m unaware of it.

Yeah it’s possible it could be his own mix. I can not find it anywhere.

I had a music appreciation class where we had to listen to music in the library and them recall the works on tests by music. I was very good at it. On another note, in school my teacher used to throw chairs at unruly students. I believe he had tenure, otherwise I'm not sure how he managed to keep his job for so long...When I was at a resort recently, someone was playing music on steel drums (mostly non Disney music). I could guess 20 songs within a matter of notes. And they weren't Disney music. Just a gift I guess...
