Pre-Trip What are your goto stops that might not be well known?

Greetings!

We will be going for our fourth time in 23 days. Quick 3 day excursion for my wife, sister, and Mr.Disney himself my dad.

I've been on all the rides. Ate many places. My wife and I like to branch out and try to find the little things maybe slightly off path or maybe looked over. We try to get to a few new ( for us ) restraunts every trip. Last time my wife and I had a wonderful dinner at the boatwright.
YOU MUST EAT THE FRITTERS!!!

What are your goto drink stops, places to grab a bite ( big or small ), or even small stops?

One of my our must do's is at mombasa market place. Chocolate covered pineapple ! Delicious.

Just one of a small list that keeps getting bigger but I would love to add some from all of your Disney world must do's!

Jock Lindsey's hangar bar. Last time we were there our server gave us wings! Pins with Hangar bar on them- heavy metal wings, for being "regulars". Hoping to be able to hit it up again with my wings on!
Not exactly out of the way place but kinda neat.

Also- with Scandinavian family-lefse in Norway an absolute must for me. Rest of my family doesn't care for it but it's not Disney until I have my lefse LOL!

Victoria falls lounge at Jambo House is my favorite outside of anything Poly. La Cava in EPCOT, 2nd is the cart outside of Oh Canada for sentimental reasons. Tune in Lounge at Hollywood Studios is a must do. Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom for great drinks and a nosh and Skippers Canteen in the Kingdom for the same.
For starters...

We love to stop for a gin and tonic at Mizner's Lounge in the Grand Floridian before monorail-ing over to California Grill at the Contemporary. :D The pulled pork nachos at Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian are also a favorite.

We love the Territory Lounge, it is warm yet understated decor, comfy chairs and pretty quiet tucked up there. But beware while it once had one of best lounge menus on property IMO they really changed quite a few of the offerings. While some are still there many of them are gone and replaced with other items that don't do it for me. Example the salad switch, one could be a lunch or light dinner new one not so much. The flatbread is gone too which was my DS go to and our sharing snack of the pork nacho's was deleted too.

They also changed their practice of being able to quietly serving things off the menu of the 2 restaurants starter, soup or salad options. We were rather surprised at the menu change somewhere between September and December.

Thats unfortunate but I'm glad to hear that some of my favorites are still available (just checked the recent menu) though I wish the Whiskey Donuts would be brought back!

The lack of donuts made us sad too. But I still like parking it there after a long day in the parks. Such a relaxing lounge that so many seem to not realize it is there.

Territory was a Great diversion too during our Hurricane Irma trip! FYI a great resort to be in the main building if one is every caught waiting out a hurricane like we were. It was 2 days of being grounded from the parks but Territory made it a bit more tolerable as did our multiple visits (4) to Artist Point.
