what are your favorite things to see?

What do you consider attractions that should not be missed at the different theme parks of WDW. I will be going in November and I am curious as to what I should see in my limited time.

You didn't say what type of attractions you like best but I enjoy the thrill rides so here is my short list:

MK - Splash Mntn, Big Thunder Mntn RR & Space Mntn
I also really enjoy the TTA for some reason
I would never miss an evening parade

MGM - Tower of Terror and Rock'nRoller Coaster
Also love the Muppets and Fantasmic.

EPCOT - Test Track and then head right over to the French bakery
Watch Illuminations from Germany

AK - Check out Primeval Whirl (I haven't tried this yet ) and then
go hang with the bats.

MK: the three mountains, Haunted Mansion, Buzz Lightyear, Pirates, Jungle Cruise, Spectromagic.

MGM: Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Star Tours, Millionaire, Muppets, Fantasmic.

Epcot: Test Track, Spaceship Earth.

AK: Safari, Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids, Legend of the Lion King.

The problem is that we love everything and try to do it all everytime (preferably more than once). If anything, we skimp on shows in favor of rides. We're an E-Ticket kind of family.
