What are your favorite pieces of vaporware/cancelled technology

By technology, it could extend to anything: tv, vehicles, computers, video games, etc. I just love this kind of stuff.
(Vaporware: a product announced to the general public but is never manufactured or officially cancelled)

Bubble memory, back in the early days of computers, bubble memory was hailed as a major breakthrough in computer technology. It never really showed up

The Sega Neptune. Not sure why, it wasn’t anything all that special, but it always fascinated me.
