What are these boats from?

I was looking around WDW on Google Earth, and found a parking lot right by Magic Kingdom, with theses boats.

From using the historical image feature, I figured out that they appeared there in 2013.
They seem like Small World or Pirates of The Caribbean boats to me.

They look like old POTC boats...Possibly?
