What’s with Rose & Crown

Just tried booking a dining reservation for Rose & Crown for August.

I checked lunch and dinner for every night from August 4-12…nothing!

I would expect the furthest day out from 60 day + 10 would have something.

I even tried the Fireworks Dining Package, and there was no availability.

What’s the deal?

They typically under book in the summer because half of their capacity is in outdoor patios and that doesn’t work well with the Florida afternoon storms. Day of they’re usually able to do a good amount of walk ups while the weather is cooperating.

Makes sense.

But wouldn't at least some reservations be available? I tried the 10th day of my trip at 6am 60 days out, and there was nothing.
