Anyone ever stayed there? They have some really great rates for Feb., but we are not sure about it. Sounds "too good to be true" kinda rates if you know what I mean, 69 a night. We want less expensive but we don't want cheap and dingy. Also, I am not into a long presentation pressuring me to buy a timeshare and I don't know if this is that kinda place. Any help would be appreciated!

We stayed there a few years ago. We thought it was a little cheap and dingy. We went down on a deal that was like 3 nights for a certain price(fairly inexpensive) and we had to listen to the timeshare talk.(Yes they do pressure-just keep saying no) We were probably put in the cheapest room- our TV didn't work when we got there. They did fix it for us. We could hear people in the next rooms.
From what I can remember their spa was pretty nice. We talked to another couple that loved the place and did the timeshare deal every year. But, we never went back and don't plan to. Every time we drive by it- we say remember that place.

Good to know. I am not into saying "no" a thousand times just to stay somewhere cheaper, I will keep looking for someplace else. The prices are really too good to be true, that is why I had to ask! Thanks.

We have stayed here 8 times, every time we go to Disney. We love it. We ended up doing the timeshare speech once but we haven't had to after that. I think you have to quote them on their price online, I don't know my parents handle that, I can ask if you are interested. But anyways they built new 'towers' that aren't as big or nice as the "older" condos. So you can always tell them you want one of the "older" condos. We love it, big screen tv, full kitchen, you share a washer and dryer with one other room, screened in porch (ask to be on the lake), jacuzzi. We usually end up with all this including a bedroom with 2 twins, and a king bedroom, and 3 bathrooms for 80 bucks I think. And it's about 10 min. from Disney.

I would for sure look into it. Let me know if you have any more questions!

we stayed at the westgate vacation villas in sept. we booked through expedia and was assured by expedia that we wouldnt have to attend any meetings.

we was never asked on check in about a time share breaskfast that i have read on over hotel review sites. we did however get a few messages on the phone inviting us to a meeting to recieve some vouchers to use on site but we jst ignored them. we also had a few messages through the door inviting us to a meeting up to the last night we stayed there.

All we done was ignore them and never got question on check out.

I would advise making sure you print out the type of room you book as we booked a studio but was given a standard hotel style room. once we pointed the mistake out we was upgraded to a much large 1 bedroom villa.

never used the pool or entertainment as we had disney world 5 mins away so why not just go there. Pizza hut was convenient for a quick meal on ight of arrival. the little market place was also good for evening snacks and breakfast foods.

to sum up:

Cheap and cheerful, everything you need as disney world is round the corner.
Comfortable but dated rooms.

would go back!
