I'm stuck in my dark, quiet room watching my Huskers get pummeled because the kiddos crashed! On the positive side, I don't think there's a better place in the world to be to cheer me and my DH up (once these kids get up)!

I don't have kids but from what I've read you'll be a lot happier having well-rested kids than tired, cranky kids going through the parks with no break.

Nothing wrong with a nap for the kids. One of my most enjoyable walks is walking back into a park in the late afternoon when we are refreshed, and seeing all the wiped our people leaving. That's when I know my break was worth it.
