So I'm enjoying lunch at Lombard's Landing today, and I'm looking at the paper wrapper that lines the basket of rolls. It's supposed to look like an old newspaper. And I notice that almost all of the "s" letters are replaced with the letter "f". So for example, one sentence starts off: "The following perfon being a prifoner in the Fleet Prifon..."
I've eaten at this place several times over the years, but for some reason never noticed this until today. Can someone explain what it's supposed to mean and why it's like that?
