weird sighting at fair?

so i know this has been delayed, i just recently came across the picture again.
back in, i believe it was March. i was at a fair called the strawberry festival, it takes place in plant city, outside of tampa. and while going around trying to find a ride i came across a large inflatable haunted house.... but what i saw in the window of the house confused me, and made me wonder if it was legal.

as you can clearly see, it is definitely the picture of master gracy in the corridor. now i don't know if disney leases out this picture, or if somehow someone got a hold of it for a carnival ride... lemme know your thoughts

First I was wondering why you thought is was weird sitting at the fair..

but I gotcha now...could be Gracey, but it could just be some old guy with a knife...old creepy guys look alike sometimes...of course being so close to WDW, they might just be trying to sponge off the Haunted Mansion..

Wow...that's the photo from the foyer, alright.

I would think that there could be a serious legal case made if they didn't get the rights to the artwork.

the picture is definately of the man (who i believe to be gracey), is undeniably the picture from the foyer, so how did they get this image, at this quality, the picture is easily the same size as the picture in teh mansion... it just all seemed really odd to me, so i figured i'd ask ppl on here.
