My wife had a Bariatric sleeve surgery done and we are heading to Universal for our first trip in 10/23. For those that don't know, it means she can't eat a lot in a sitting but also a very high protein diet and low carbs. Very much like a keto diet.
Any thoughts on good places to eat? Need to avoid carbs, plus I am picky, a more meat and potatoes type guy. We are staying at RPR so will probably do the Luau there but would like other thoughts.
