Weight Limitations?

I don't think there are any weight limitations per se; the only question is which ride vehicles you feel comfortable squeezing into, which is obviously very subjective. The only one that comes to mind that might be difficult is the redesigned Matterhorn. I remember fan insider Al Lutz saying a while ago that the famous shot of football players in town for the Rose Bowl on the Matterhorn might go away, because the redesigned vehicles were supposedly smaller. I did a quick search to find this thread on the DIS. It's a little older, but the only difference since then should be the smaller Matterhorn vehicles. Have you ever been to WDW? How did that go? That could help give some reference points. Test Track should be the same as Radiator Springs Racers and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster should be the same as California Screamin', for example.

That iconic photo, taken of Rose Bowl team players every year since 1959, seems to still work with the new bobsleds.

Here's Stanford last year in the new bobsleds...

Back in the early 2000's, the Orange Stinger (now Silly Symphony Swings) had a weight limit of 200 pounds. But they redesigned the seats and did away with that a few years after DCA opened. I can't think of any vehicle that has a weight limit now at Disneyland or DCA. Just height limits.

As 'Murica grows larger, theme parks will continue to capitulate to them in lieu of ride fun and overall enjoyment. IASW boats were bottoming out because of this, hence its refurb. I'm sure that coaster in Texas will have something done to it soon as well (haven't read up on it to see if they have or not).

Well after riding the new Matterhorn for the first time today, I say KUDOS to those 300 lb linemen for climbing into those bobsleds. If you're a bigger person, don't bring a backpack or something like that; familiarize yourself with the seat belt before you climb in, because it will be firmly under your butt and you will have to reach around for it whilst sitting down. I'm not especially big, but I felt like Gulliver in those bobsleds.

Wow there is zero room for their legs! It's a problem for tall people too it looks like.

I can't stand the new bobsleds. THER'S NO ROOM. I don't understand... What person thought to themselves, let's make the bobsleds smaller with less space?

I'm a tall girl. I can still fit in the sleds, but the struggle is always real trying to get out of them.
