Weather Report Question

I just checked the weather report for the time we will be visiting disney and they are showing "cloudy and humid with thunderstorms" for both days we have planned for Magic Kingdom. :( How accurate is a report for 10 days in advance and what should I expect from "with thunderstorms"? Should I expect a washout for MK or is there viable hope?

Florida weather is "cloudy with thunderstorms and humid" 364 days/year. The 365th day is "humid and cloudy with a possibility of thunderstorms".
Most of the time the storms last 10 minutes or so....just enough to make it more humid...but hey! you're in the middle of a SWAMP! humidity is just a fact. Duck into a shop or restaurant and wait a few minutes and the sun will be out again shortly!

whew, thats a relief. When they say "with thunderstorms" where I live...it storms heavy with lightning and thunder all day long :) I went to disney 15 years ago in June and each day we had a storm around 3pm but it wasnt enough to dampen the whole day.

that's exactly what to expect. a little afternoon thunderstorm that comes and goes before you know it. Its weird when you go into a ride and then come out and everything's wet.
Sometimes there are storms that last all day, but not very often, i wouldn't worry about it.

With all the technology today you'd think they'd be able to come up with a more accurate weather forecast.

But with cloudy, humid, and thunderstorms... they will at least get one of them right.
