WDWMagic Pass

I signed up yesterday and still cannot access the pass parts of the website. I have gotten numerous emails telling me that I am now a pass member but I still cannot log on. I am 100% certain that I am logging on with the proper username and password. The error message I get says "Information: The username and password was not accepted, please see the help information below"

Hi Joy,

Could you go to http://support.wdwmagic.com, and then make a post in the 'WDWMAGICPass PayPal Subscriptions Support' section. We can discuss passwords etc in that area, as it is private to just yourself and an administrator.
