Did it not just go down "major" rehab in the past three years? Seems like a long time to be down or does it have something to do with the expansion?

very strange indeed.... stitch kingdom thinks maybe it's to add classic disney characters like at DL but still seems like a really long time... could there be more to it?

I posted in the other thread on this topic. I think that they could be doing an it's a small word holiday. This is about the same length of time as the first year that Disneyland did it and the timing is about right. (They could also be installing Disney Characters at the same time though). I just think it is more likely that they would be putting in the infrastructure to do it's a small world holiday, as adding the Disney Characters to Disneyland's version took far less time than this.
