WDWmagic Discussion Board Levels

I am just wondering how many posts it takes to get to different levels on the WDW Magic Discussion Boards.
I know that if you post 30 messages you are moved up to Member
and that if you post 100 messages you are Earning your Ears.
But what is the rest?
