WDWCP Interview... What to Wear!?

Gotta agree with The Mom here. The tried and true 'uniform' of khakis, navy blazer and a long sleeved oxford with tie goes a long way. It is neat, clean (make sure your tie, jacket, etc, has no stains on it. Nothing worse than the interviewer staring at last nights dinner  ) It also sends a message that this interview was important enough for you that you took the time to assemble an outfit to wear. You are dressed up, but not in a stuffy way.

Make sure your clothes are nicely pressed ;) , fit well, and your shoes are shined. Tuck that shirt in and stand or sit straight. Dont slouch (gives an aire of non~chalance, which you dont want to project.) Make sure to greet your interviewer with a firm hand shake (No dead fish here;) ) and a smile.

Your outward appearance is the first and last thing your interviewer will see. You want him or her to remember you for the RIGHT reasons ;)

Good luck, Jonnie! I know you will do just fine :)

Now it seems that there are three groups of professionals that wear suits: Lawyers, politicians and salesman.

The problem is, you don't know who you will be interviewing with. A more old fashioned interviewer may be very impressed by a suit, but a younger interviewer may perceive someone in a suit as stuffy or pretentious.

Disney is actually pretty professional in their dress codes. I think any interviewer from Disney will be impressed by a suit.

You should see some people that are in casting interviewing in some very poor judgement of clothing.

jonnie - just go with your safety blanket of britney spears school girl uniform from hit me baby one more time, and put your hair in pigtails - that would really impress your recruiter! i think i am wearing a dress shirt in a pair of cargos - the top part is business, the bottom is casual - busniess/casual...

Why are you looking at me? :lookaroun

Jonnie, if you are having doubts about your ironing ability, just take the slacks and shirt down to the local dry cleaners and have them pressed. It'll cost you a couple of bucks, but being pressed nicely makes a nice presentation ;)
