WDW Vacation Planning DVD

We received our Vacation Planning DVD a few weeks ago. While watching it, we noticed that yet again, the video shows the Space Mountain from Disneyland in it instead of the Space from WDW. We've noticed this in many of our previous years videos. We started to wonder how many other scenes were not found at WDW but at DL. There is a shot of people walking across a bridge and it appears that they are in New Orleans Square. Has anyone else seen any other of these? Another question, in the DVD in the attractions section, they show Splash Mountain. They mention a hitch-hiking crocodile. Splash is one of our favorite attractions and we don't remember a hitch-hiking crocodile. Is this at WDW or DL? or are we just to busy singing that we never noticed it?

I'm replying to my own thread to see if anyone else will notice it. I thought it was a good topic. How many DL references can you pick out in the WDW vacation planning video/DVD?

I noticed this too! There's a scene with Goofy in Toontown (Not Toontown Fair)! That one bugged me. Also, the clip from Peter Pan seemed VERY outdated!

aim, I suspected the Toontown Fair one as well. About this year's DVD, it's nice to see that they changed many of the guest testimonials. We were getting tired of the guy in the striped polo riding on the Main Street Trolley. I do miss the girl who talked about AK about it "being like a zoo but it's not".

haha....How about the lady saying "Nothing bothers you here.." then you hear the other lady saying "Hakuna Matata....we were singing that last night...."


We watch those videos a lot don't we..? lol

Has anyone realized that they don't show any footage from the Pooh ride either in the main video or even in the Just for Kids section. I wonder if that's because of the ongoing litigation over the distribution rights/money?

The shot of the log going down Splash Mtn is from DL too. The passengers sit single file at DL and side by side in WDW.
