With the tron coaster coming to the magic kingdom, and the subsequent tomorrowland overhaul taking place at the same time, I thought it would be cool to share some ideas on what could be done to various attractions during this overhaul, starting with space mountain. So one thing I’d update is the sign. I would change the outside and signage to look like what it was like before the 90s overhaul, as shown here. I’d also replace the track in multiple phases, so that it only has to be down for a couple months At a time. I always thought the queue line felt a little barren compared to its Disneyland counterparts, specifically in the section you see when you first enter the ride, and the area near the station. The star tunnel is great, but the rest feels really lacking. I would add more decorations, maybe add some walls, and make it feel more dense. Those are A couple of my ideas, and I plan to share more, so let me know what you think about them.
