WDW Resort/Good deal?

My family is able to use Shades of Green, but as we know under construction. So they are using the Contemporary ($108w/frig). I read that overflow rate for Polynesian ( $174 - garden view). Are these good deals/ prices?

Great deal, after staying at the POLY this summer, NO JOKE, I'd rather stay in the Contemporary Wings over any POLY room, that's just how much I love the Contemporary!!!

I went to the Polynesian last month and loved it. That price you are getting is also very good for a room there (usually in the 300's). the Contemporary price is also really good, but I would much rather be in the Polynesian. The theming and overall feel was terrific.
