WDW parking lot maps

Also where the hotel/motel bus stops are located in WDW?

With regards to what? Internal resort buses, or off site hotel shuttles? Internal resort bus stops are pretty much smack dab outside the entrance/exits for the parks, and are fairly well marked. All resorts will have a stop at the main building/food court area, and some of the more spread out ones have several stops around the resort as well. Off site hotel shuttles will vary from hotel to hotel so you would really need to check with the hotel you are dealing with.

Yes, hotel shuttles and the rest. After a long day in the parks searching and checking signposts in the dark in the hope of finding your bus stop is a pain. I tried it once and decided it was worth the parking fee instead of the worry.

There are very large signs in front of the bus areas at each park that list which numbered stop is for which resort(s). Simply walk up to the sign, find which number is for your resort, and then walk over there. All the signs are in well-lit areas as far as I can remember.

When the bus drops you at a park, the driver usually tells you what stop number is used for the return for your resort, if they don't, just ask on your way off the bus.

Also, the bus stops do sometimes shift, both for the Disney resorts and the off-site spots in Bus Parking.

For the on-site resorts this is most apparent at Magic Kingdom and Epcot with routes like the All-Stars that run a single bus for going back to all three resorts most of the day, and then in the last hour or two switch to individual buses for each All-Star. When they do this switch, the signs change.

And off-site resorts could potentially change parking spots as necessary... As stated before, the bus driver will tell you in the morning where to go to catch the bus back to your hotel.
