WDW insiders needed

We're going to WDW after many years. I know that at some "grab" food spots in the parks they only have ketchup and mustard, ie: the bare necessities, at the food prep station. I remember that at Pecos Bills (I think) and at Cosmic Rays, Magic Kingdom, they have lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and maybe even more. I can't remember what other restaurants in the other parks. If you all would lend me your inside knowledge I would appreciate it.

thanks ExtinctJenn, that blog and the pictures just reminded me how much I enjoy Cosmic Rays! I would like the same condiments throughout the parks, so if anyone knows of other service restaurants, I'm ready ...

That post pretty much sums up what you can find like that across the parks (which isn't much in otherwords). :)
