Do any of you remember the show that used to come on I would say about 7 or 8 years ago hosted by (i think) J.D. Roth and some lady, as well as George Foreman, called WDW Inside Out? It always showed neat things around the WDW resort, and some backstage stuff too... and George Foreman always did a food segment... i wish they would re-run those, or start making them again - they were a great way every week to visit the parks!

OMG! That was my favorite show ever when it was on back then. And then suddenly Disney Channel stopped showing it:( . George Foreman was really good on it. Now it's all memories.............

* The show was great. It went behind the scenes of all the attractions. It showcased the goods of all the parks. *

Again to bad George made his own line of Grills.

Not Clothes..

Grills.

I miss "inside vault disney". It seems that the disney channel has geared their programming towards the younger crowd and left geezers like me in the dust. Truth is, there isn't much on the disney channel that i'm interested in anymore (that i'm aware of anyway)

The only thing I watch on the Disney Channel is Lizzie McGuire (no laughing, please). The Travel Channel has more exciting Disney stuff than the Disney Channel does; just today I saw a show that was behind the scenes at Tokyo DisneySea, and awhile ago I saw a show on Imagineers and another on Disneyland Paris. I wish they would bring back Vault Disney as well. :(

I miss that show too...I was nice for us, young Disney buffs. Great cast, showed backstage areas...But it got boring for me after a while they gave reruns(I got bored every time people run reruns...)

Yeah...Those were the great parts back then when Disney Channel still belived in no commercials for every one of their shows.

I loved the show with Steve. It must have been a while back because I have an episode on tape with Steve riding the skyway with the 20,000 subs in the water in the background of the shot.

Remember that couch that was placed at each location shot?

I also have an episode on tape where Steve went to the Tower of Terror, which must have been a relatively new attraction.

Speaking of which, I also have a special on the Tower of Terror hosted by Kirk Cameron - and another featuring Gilbert Godfried (spelling?) - that's by far the best special put together featuring the Tower because it shows just about the entire pre-show film and lots of other great cutaways. They go in depth as to the pre show prop detail, theming, etc. The Tower concept art shown by imagineers is cool to see too.

I was just about to ask about the funky-looking couch!
I remember one time we were on the monorail heading from the Poly towards the Grand Floridian and they were filming early in the morning with the couch on the beach by the lagoon!

By the way - Maelstrom..I caught that Travel Channel show on DisneySea yesterday as well ( aired in NY between 5-6PM). Seems like a nice park!!:)

Everything on The Disney Channel is geared for the 5-14 age group...It's a shame too. The DC used to be a great channel.

Peace Love and Mickey...

Cheers

I remember that show, of course for me, back them I didnt have DC, but I would watch that show at my Grandmothers house.

I think the way disneychannel is right now, is one were the kids and adults can both enjoy, because my mom enjoys some of there movies
I mean they may be teenish, but adults can relate to it.

I remember it too. It's probably my favorite original show they ever did. It was JD Roth, Brianne Leary, and George Foreman (or however they spell their names). It was really cool, but if they showed them today they would be very outdated . If I remember right, during the last season or so they would spend about 1/3 of the show (or at least it seemed like it) promoting the Disney Institute.

I remember when the girl climbed inside Spaceship Earth and they took her all the way up to the top of the geosphere. There's a door on the top they a person can climb out and onto the top of Spaceship Earth. Not that you would want to do this. It's a maintance door or something like that.

So cool!!!!!!!!!!!

They also had a show that came out when Animal kingdom opened called "Secrets of the Animal Kingdom." That was a good show as well.

WDW Inside Out Show

I miss Inside Out very much as well. Disney Channel seems to not even deal with the park. I really think they should. The woman who hosted is names Brianne Leary. I remember a particular episode where she went to the very top of Spaceship Earth, just like in that Old WDW commercial where Mickey is waving from atop Spaceship Earth. I just wanted to help and post my first message. Bye Bye!
