Switch in Extra Magic Hour Schedule
As the January 12th Marathon route will take runners through Magic Kingdom during the same time as Extra Magic Hour (EMH) would traditionally occur, the schedule has been adjusted as follows:
Sunday, January 12: Disney's Animal Kingdom will host EMH for Resort Guests.
Monday, January 13: Magic Kingdom will host EMH for Resort Guests.

The Polynesian Luau at Disney's Polynesian Resort will be under refurbishment from January 7 through March 3, 2003.

Portobello Yacht Club Operational Change
The Portobello Yacht Club at DOWNTOWN DISNEY no longer serves lunch. Dinner will continue to be served daily from 5pm - 11pm.

Cinderella's Gala Feast
Beginning, January 5, 2003, Cinderella and Friends will appear at dinner only at Cinderella's Gala Feast at 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Cinderella replaces Winnie the Pooh at the character dinner buffet. Characters for the breakfast buffet will remain Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, and the Mad Hatter.

2R's Reading and Riting Store Name Change
Disney's Wonderful World of Memories offers a new collection of Walt Disney World-branded scrapbook supplies, including albums, pre-packaged kits, adhesive tape pens, glue sticks, scissors, and a wide assortment of colorful Disney stickers. Also available are Disney books, stationery, pens and postcards, plus several stations where guests can create scrapbook pages and postcards. Now open, Disney's Wonderful World of Memories is located next to Art of Disney and replaces the 2R's Reading and Riting shop.

The House of Blues restaurant hours are now:
Sunday - Wednesday 11am - midnight
Thursday - Saturday 11am - 1:30am
Cirque du Soleil Dark Days
Reminder: Beginning with the January 5, 2003, show, Cirque du Soleil dark days (no performances) will be Sunday and Monday.
