I did a Google search for "Disney attraction posters", and found more links to buy them than I could shake a stick at. Go to town.
Additionally, when you go to WDW the store "Art of Disney" at Downtown Disney has quite a few.

Tell them what you're looking for.
At the Art of Disney stores, you use the terminals to pick what you want, and they get mailed to you. Popular ones they may have in stock, but IMO its easier to just have them shipped home.
