WDW AP website access?

Is anyone else having challenges with the WDW AP website? I haven't been able to use it for awhile now, but with the upcoming fantasyland AP previews, I want to make sure I have access and my profile is up to date. It constantly tells me my AP # is invalid or expired, which it is not. Before that it used to let me update my profile, but next time I logged in, it would all be gone. It's never consistent and extremely frustrating. Anyone having similar issues?

The passholder website has always been buggy. Try clearing your cookies or using a different browser.

It's a horrible website. For years, even before I moved to Florida, it kept telling me I had a Florida resident AP.

ok, so good to know I'm not alone. Next question... how do we get access? I'll be disappointed if the stupid website holds me back from a fantasyland preview.

I thought I was the only one! I've been an AP holder for three years now and last month I was finally able to add my AP pass number to my profile. I tried for the longest time and it would never work but somehow it finally took . . . I think. I too want to make sure that it works for when you can sign up for the previews as well. But to answer your question I've always had issues. Hopefully they fix it sometime.
