WDW - All about the money?

I tried to book a Candlelight Processional Dinner package online today. During the booking process, after you select a restaurant and pick a dining time, their web site quoted no prices at all, nor did they say which CP performance we got. Instead, they took me directly to the 'pay for it' page and required payment and acceptance of their policies. Then they dumped me out!

So, what does this say about Disney's priorities? Which is more important to them, guest service of the bottom line?

You don't have a WDW Candlelight Processional Dinner problem - you have a Defective Website Problem. One Word:

CALL.

Be sure to suggest that WDW hires a competent CIO, and dumps Susan O'Day. :)

Yep, that's what I wound up doing. All calls, of course, are toll calls with Disney. Just another good reason behind the wording of the thread subject.

Just call. Disney's websites kind of suck.

I couldn't wait until we could book dining online instead of pressing all the buttons and sitting on hold. Then we got a website and I still call.
