I don't think you can really compare the two in this manner. Each have radically different approaches to animation and storytelling that its like comparing apples to oranges.

Both are great for unique reasons and have had their ups and downs throughout history.

Also, how would they be competing? Both are subsidiaries of Disney; either way, they win.
