waterproof ID case

two trips ago i found id cases you can hang from your lanyard that are a hard plastic and nearly waterproof. they are great for carrying your id, any cards and some cash while on rides. is there any where to find these online? i cannot seem to find them online. any help from anyone, thanks in advance…!

I don't know about online for the Disney ones. But if you go to amazon and type in "waterproof ID case", they have the same thing...and it's a bit cheaper.

They sell them in water parks, for sure. One is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and there is one with that is roughly the same, but much thinner.

They work well, too. They tell you it isn't waterproof, just resistant...but I have taken mine into the wave pool...and I go to the rope, where you are buried under water...and the money is dry when I'm done. (Now they have those wrist gift cards, which is much better, IMO.)

I think they should sell them everywhere. Those plastic pouches don't hold enough and are difficult to get things in and out of!

I tried the case described about and no they are not 100% water proof, and you have this lanyard hanging around your neck all day. I tried double bagging my wallet, in 2 zip-lock bags and putting them in my back pocket, my shorts back pockets have buttons and my bathing suit has a zipper, and that worked very well.

No, he's talking about a small container to put stuff in. It comes on a rope lanyard and is just a small, plastic box with a good seal when it closes. :)

They also sell waterproof phone cases at the water parks. They're about $30. Don't know if they work. Never tried one.

The little gift card on a rubberband is nice. I don't take anything in except my towel and that thing. And I've done a LOT of swimming at Typhoon Lagoon. It's a great big, giant pool that is lovely for swimming...if it isn't crowded. The gift card keeps working!
