Waterfall on DAK's Rainforest Cafe?

I noticed recently on Google Earth that the waterfall structure was completely missing (along with the piping to it) from the roof of DAK's Rainforest Cafe. Does anyone know the reason for the complete removal?

I remember when I first visited in 2000 that the waterfall was quite striking when you enter the main plaza. I've noticed over the years it became more and more "covered" by the trees and it lacked any water for the last number of years.

I was hoping at some point they would return it to its former glory but I guess it's too late for that now.

What happened?

The structure is still there, nothing has happened to it. They just don't have any water falling from it anymore.

Google Earth is NOT current -- i.e., you might be looking at a two week old image, or you might be looking at an 8 year old image.

The image on the left is from May 1, 2010 and the one on the right is from December 2008.

It's clear from the one on the left to the right that the cluster of pipes are gone and so is the fluctuating waterfall wall.

Well that definitely looks like the structure is missing...
