water taxi from por to dn town disney

is the water taxi still running between por and downtown still running I heard it was shut down ,hope not it's one of the reasons we stay at por any info would be helpful:sohappy: :sohappy: :goodnevil

I'm not sure, but when I was there in Dec of 2001 the water taxi was not running. When I asked I was told it only ran from May to Oct. Maybe it is a seasonal thing or a peak period thing. I hope it's running in May when I go. It is such an nice and easy way to get to DTD.

The ferryboats were discontinued for a while. But they are back. They run every hour from 9o am till 4:30 pm. Then every 20 min. till midnite.
