Water Parks in the Fall???

My wife and I will be visiting WDW in the last week of September / first week of October time frame. One of the things that will help determine what kind of tickets we purchase is the availability of the water parks. Traditionally when has Disney closed Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach for the Fall/Winter?

Also does anyone know if the annual passholder resort discounts have been announced for the late September / early October time frame? Mousesavers.com has no updates while Mary has been at WDW and I know this is the time of year when the late Summer / early Fall discounts are announced.

I'm not sure about the Water Parks...my guess is both will be open...if not both at least one...BB goes into it's refurbishment usually around this time....I'm not sure of TL though...

I can comment on the AP question...
The codes are usually given a month or two before hand...there given based on what Disney expects for crowds...the codes can range from %10 to I think %20...its more of a wait and see thing....
I've never gone down in september...but our discount code for the last week of August last year...was about %12...

If this past year is any indicator, Typhoon Lagoon will be down for November and December, and Blizzard Beach will be down for January and February.
