Water Parks closed due to cold weather

Does anyone know how cold the weather has to be for Disney to close the water parks? We are heading to Blizzard Beach next Tuesday and the weather, I believe, will be in the low 70’s. Being from Canada, low 70’s sounds like heaven at this time of year but Floridians might think otherwise. Fingers crossed that it’s open. We are already disappointed that Typhoon Lagoon is closed .

Strangely, Blizzard Beach is closed today with a high temperature forecasted at 74 degrees and tomorrow with a temp at 67 degrees. Next Tuesday the high is supposed to be 69 degrees so I feel like BB will be closed again.

Hoping for a sudden heat wave!

Blame the crappy weather on me. My last 3 trips to Florida(including next week) have been invaded by bad weather/lousy temps for at least part of the trip.

The threshold for closures appears to be getting higher in recent years.
