Water Park w/ Toddler Question

Does anyone know if I can accompany my 3 year old down the storm slides at typhoon lagoon or does he have to go down on his own?

Thanks for the info.

Which one is the Storm Slide? I can't remember.

What I can tell you is that we took our 3 year old son down the big family raft and he loved it.

This year we plan to take our 2 year old down it, and before anyone leaps on me, both of our kids have been in pools and water parks since they were 6 months old each and they both love em!!!

The storm slides are those 3 slides near the Humunga Kowabunga that you go down without a raft. I would call them tame. Certainly nothing like the Humunga Kowabunga. You still have your swimsuit on after riding them:lol:

In that case, we let our 3 year son go down one of them in '99.

We did that with our 3 year old - no problems at all. She was very confident in water, and had no fear - NOT GOING would have frightened her more!

... I haven't had a 3 year old for 11 years now... but I've seen a lot of parents go down first, catch the little one... and the other parent follows after.

That's exactly what we did with our kids when they were little, too. It worked out just fine.
