Water Park Tix & Magic Bands

Hi there!

We are planning on spending a day at Typhoon Lagoon on our upcoming trip and were wondering can one day water park tickets be linked to magic bands? Or must you buy the water park & more option?

Since hard-ticket event tickets like MVMCP can be put on Magic Bands, presumably tickets like water parks and Disney Quest can, too.

For my trip in July I bought both park hopper and water park and more and according to the website I'm just getting magic bands.
