Water park refurbs

So just a wonder for anyone who might have more info; the water parks close every year for annual refurbishment I know, what all do they do to them? Is it like painting, cleaning? Just wanted to know some details! Also saw a while ago that typhoon lagoon was having issues with slush n gusher and that it was closed for early for work. Anyone have any update on that??

Yep it is for thorough draining and cleaning which can't be done during normal operations.

Slush Gusher had some pump and plumbing issues. I would imagine it will was resolved during its last refurb.
