Thats what happens when you go to extremes. Moderation is key. Obsesivly consuming anything has consequences, be it water, alchohol, soda, premium Mickey bars, or social rhetoric.

I prefer to always have some water with me when out and about. I am very sensitive to dehydration and need to just keep sipping water.
