If you mean Top of the World, that gets my vote. The room view is a close second. Piped in music in both places.

Watched Wishes from the ob deck at the Cali Grill two weeks ago. It was ok, but I'd rather be in the park.

Inside the park will be a zoo. So if you want to experience that once in your life, go for the park. If you want the space I'd stay in Bay Lake Tower.
